Say what you will about the Victorians, but those people had style. Hell, they almost invented style. Top hats, three piece suits, airships.... they had it all.
That they had style, I'll grant you. However, _invented_ style? I must disagree. Consider the Musketeer. That's style, even if it's a somewhat more... ahem, flamboyant style (gayyyyyyyyy) than the Victorians.
